Scott Adkins All Training & Diet For Undisputed I,II,III,IV

Want to look like Yuri Boyka from ‘Undisputed’? If you are an action movies fan, there’s no way you haven’t seen or heard of the absolutely mesmerizing actor and martial artist Scott Adkins. He is the main star of Undisputed 2 and 3, and the fourth sequel called ‘Boyka: Undisputed’. Scott has become well known for his acrobatic moves and agility and his awesome movie fights have become an art of their own. He is one of the less known action stars in Hollywood and one of the most underrated.
We present to you one of the workouts he uses in order to build muscle mass. It is an upper body/lower body split routine:

Workout A – upper body
 Bench press – 3 sets x 10 reps
Dumbbell/Barbell/Cable rows – 3 sets x10 reps
Dumbbell overhead press – 2 sets x10 reps
Pull ups – 2 sets x 12 reps
Dumbbell triceps extension – 2 sets x12 reps
 Dumbbell curls –2 sets x15 reps

 Workout B – lower body
 Front squat – 3 sets x 8 reps
Stiff-legged deadlift – 3 sets x 8 reps
Barbell lunges – 2 sets x 10 reps
Seated calf raises – 5 sets x 12 reps
Standing calf raises – 2 sets x 12 reps

Scott’s workout program designed to build muscle fast As anyone with good eyesight can see, Scott Adkins has an extremely muscular body, which is also well proportioned and aesthetically pleasing at the same time. In order to get anywhere close to the amount of muscle mass he has to get a body like that, you need to start lifting weights with ferocity and intensity.

That's a wrap on Boyka: Undisputed IV. I've put my heart & soul into this shoot and pushed my body to it's absolute limit to bring you the next instalment of the greatest martial arts movie franchise the West has to offer. Yuri Boyka will face many new fights in this chapter, but none more dangerous than the fight within himself. I'd like to thank Teodora Duhovnikova, Paul Chahidi and Alon Aboutboul who brought their characters to life with and supported my performance in the best way possible. The fighters Emilien De Falco, Trayan Milenov, Andy Long, Brahim Achabbakhe and Martyn Ford for giving it their all (especially Andy Long who I sent to the hospital - sorry Andy). Tim Man, our fight choreographer, we couldn't do it without you my friend (2 more sections please). All the Bulgarian cast & crew for all their hard work and dedication. I love playing this character and we already have ideas on where to take him next so do me a favour - if you want to see more of Yuri Boyka and don't wan
t to wait another 6 years to see it then please, please support this movie through the official channels and not illegal downloads. Watch: Scott Adkins Goes to Battle Against a Drug Cartel

An exclusive new clip has been released for the action-packed "Close Range," which stars Scott Adkins as a rancher who much protect his family and his home from a vengeful drug cartel from across the border. After rescuing h
is niece from the clutches of the cartel's boss, the rancher holes up in his family's home and prepares to fight off the villains. In the above clip, MacReady and his family face off the invading cartel thugs with a rapid volley of bullets. MacReady's house, and the bad guys car, is plugged full of lead as the rugged rancher stops at nothing to ensure the safety of his loved ones. "Close Range" will be released in theaters and On Demand on December 11.

About Undisputed IV...Treaser News...BOYKA WILL RETURN IN UNDISPUTED IV IN .. ..


Good news for fight fans emerged from the world premiere of Isaac Florentine's Ninja: Shadow Of A Tear at Fantastic Fest last night. In the midst of the Q&A session a fan asked a question on the mind of many fans: What will come first for Adkins? Ninja 3 or Undisputed 4? Adkins, clearly unsure how much he was allowed to say in public, simply paused and smiled at the crowd until producer Frank De Martini picked up the mike and delivered this little nugget: "The Undisputed 4 script is being written right now by David White and it should shoot in the spring. Unless Scott wants too much money."

So there you have it, straight from the horse's mouth. Undisputed 4 is happening and - given Adkins' reaction to the money joke - Boyka is very much back as the central character.

Also worth noting is that Marko Zaror was in the audience for the screening and after the Chilean fighter delivered the first question - laced with ample praise - of the Q&A both Adkins and Florentine responded in part by saying how much they'd like to work with him again. So file that away for future reference.
